The service department is outstanding. I've taken my son's car there a few times, and Amir in the service department has been excellent each time. I appreciate his positive attitude and great customer service skills. The mechanics are true experts and always get us in and out quickly. It's the only place I'll take the Corolla.

Excellent service from this Toyota dealership! I had an issue with the front spoiler motor on my 2023 Tundra, and while another dealer refused to handle it under warranty, this team stepped up and took care of it without any hassle. They were professional, honest, and clearly care about their customers. The repair was done smoothly, and communication was great throughout the process. My appointment was at 1:45 but got there about 11:50 they took me right in took care of my service very pleased thanks
Sergio was great to work with as well as the finance team, a few hiccups here and there but was resolved need to come back for buffing of the car and to check the front fender, noticed once we left the lot that the gas on the car was nearly at empty so was surprised to see that. Second set of keys was not available at the time so need to come back Friday and would like to know when the last oil change on the car was.

Got a used 2024 toyota crown and did not realize the key fob was an aftermarket key fob until I had to change the battery and realized there was no key in the fob. I brought it to the attention of the dealer ismael which he talked to the gm stating they could go half and half to replace the key fob and there was nothing they could do! Smh like really?
Manny was great to work with. Do not think the Managers there actually care about the customers or getting a sale. Manager reached out to me for feedback, I called and the number in his signature went to an internet phone line twice. I emailed back with my contact information requesting a call and never got a response back.
Negotiated my deal on the phone and the internet. Arrived at the dealer expecting some hard selling, trying to upsell me. That did not happen. Everyone was. extremely courteous and helpful. The car I purchased was exactly what they said. it we a quick, easy, successful transaction. Highly recommend. As for Nikko, a native of Chicago.

Took my vehicle in for service today, as usual the service department from check in to paying bill is absolutely the best! The assistant service manager Sal, was phenomenal. Talked to Joe in the service dept he was in the usual great mood. The service department from the valet, to service people are always friendly smiling and they fix your vehicle right the first time. The quality of the techs,and they use genuine Toyota parts which may be more expensive but if you want the job done right, you go to the best!

When you come in, they greet you, and they talk to you and try to get to know you a little bit. The manager, Steve, I believe, was very nice and he was the person that greeted me and the person that assisted me was Jamie and he was also very nice and helpful.
Everything went well from the time I called up to inquire about the car I was interested in to when I drove the car home. Nate responded to all my concerns, questions to my satisfaction.

Nick is the best sales consultant! I have previous worked with Steve who retired and to work with Nick is just as amazing. It is always the complete transparency, consistency, and dedication to staying within my budget and making me aware of the many options Toyota has to offer.
When I went to this dealership I didn't know what exactly I was looking for and after meeting Rich my salesman, I decided that I wanted a hybrid instead of a regular RAV4. He showed us multiple RAV4s and took us a couple different test drives. He even let me come back and drive it one more time. It was also able to negotiate a slightly less price and showed me all different features and made sure I knew how to use them before we left after we ended up purchasing the vehicle.
